The Fifth Beijing Structure Design Competition was held in Daxing Campus of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture recently. The students from the School of Mechanics & Civil Engineering of CUMTB have made a great success in the competition. Among the three groups of competition, they won two first prizes and one second prize. The Competition was held by Beijing Municipal Education Commission. Around 20 universities and colleges took part in the competition, including Beihang University, Beijing Jiaotong University, Shandong Jianzhu University, Shenyang Jianzhu University and China University of Mining and Technology -Beijing.
