On the afternoon of May 29, Dr. Brian Piper, assistant professor of Economics and International Business at Sam Houston State University, the U.S, together with 11 students visited CUMTB.

　　They came to execute the one-month course study and culture exchange. Jiang Yaodong, Vice President of CUMTB met with assistant Prof. Piper. Jiang expressed that mutual visits and academic exchanges between the two universities will actively promote mutual understanding between Chinese and American youth under the current circumstances of friendly Sino-American trade relation.  Dr. Piper expressed that the delegation would take full advantage of this opportunity to learn more about China. More SHSU teachers and students would pay visits to CUMTB with increasing and deep-going Sino-US University exchanges.
