On the morning of November 14, the closing ceremony of the 18th National People’s Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. At the conference, ZHANG Xiwu, honorary Chairman of the 1st Board of Directors of CUMT-Beijing was elected as the alternate member of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. ZHANG Xiwu is currently Board Chairman of Shenhua Group Co., Ltd., ranking top 28 on 2012 Fortune 50 most influential business leaders. Since 2008, he has been appointed as the honorary Board Chairman of CUMT-Beijing.
