The Ministry of Education has recently released the list of distinguished visiting professors and chair professors of the 2012 Chang Jiang Scholars Program. Professor Ju Yang, Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Coal Resources and Safe Mining, was elected as a distinguished visiting profess of the program.
Professor Ju is now the Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Coal Resources and Safe Mining, also a Ph.D advisor, and a National Outstanding Youth Scholar Fund winner.
