China National Coal Association has recently issued the Decision on Nominating and Awarding the 3rd Term Coal Industry Science and Technology Innovation Advanced Groups and Individuals. Pan Weidong from the School of Resources and Safety Engineering of CUMTB was awarded the title of the 3rd Term Coal Industry Science and Technology Innovation Talent and Guo Dongming from the School of Mechanics and Civil Engineering won the title of the 3rd term Coal Industry Outstanding Young Science and Technology Worker.
