Prof. Zhao Dongming, program leader of Chinese relations from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, visited CUMTB on June 4th. President Qiao Jianyong met with him. During their meeting, Prof. Qiao Jianyong introduced CUMTB’s specialty features, students' characteristics and international relations. He summarized the problems and experience in the process of the two universities’ exchange program, and expressed his wish that more collaboration could be encouraged between both universities to strengthen and better the on-going programs. Prof. Zhao Dongming introduced the partner universities and programs of the University of Michigan-Dearborn in China, and highly appreciated CUMTB’s efforts in exchanges with University of Michigan-Dearborn. He also expressed his great expectation on the CUMTB students who are going to study there in the near future. They also discussed further collaborative possibilities in areas of professor visits and master students exchanges. The preliminary agreement of collaboration has been reached.
