On August 26，Prof. Tomasz Szmuc, Vice President of AGH University of Science and Technology, Poland, together with Prof. Stanislaw Nawrat from Faculty of Mining & Geo-engineering, Prof. Stanislaw Rychlicki and Prof. Jerzy Stopa from School of Drilling, Oil and Gas, came to visit the university. Prof. Jiang Yaodong, Prof. Jiang met with the delegation and introduced the university’s development and prospect from the perspective of its establishment and history, faculty and students, construction of state key laboratories and international exchange programs. He also concluded the similarities shared between both universities in disciplines and industrial collaborative relationship, etc. Prof. Szmuc introduced his university’s teaching system, scientific research and innovation of knowledge and technology, etc. He proposed that we could promote exchange between both universities through faculty visits and technical research cooperation.
