On August 3, Prof. Cao Longbin, prominent alumni and key expert of foreign experts program of our university, Director of Advanced Analytics Institute of UTS, visited the university and received a warm welcome by Vice President Prof. Jiang Yaodong. Prof. Jiang introduced the university’s academic and research characteristics and illustrated prospects of exchange and cooperation between the two universities. He also made explicit indications for future cooperative intention which gave priority to postgraduate students’ and young teachers’ exchange and collaborative program to establish a solid foundation for future cooperation.

　　On the same day, Prof. Cao Longbin held a seminar with teachers and postgraduate students from School of Mechanical, Electronic & Information Engineering.
