Recently, Beijing Municipal Education Commission has released the list of winners for the Seventh Beijing Teaching Achievement Award of Higher Education. Our university won 7 Teaching Achievement Awards, including 4 first prizes and 3 second prizes. The project led by Qiao Jianyong, President of CUMTB, titled “Research and Practice of Coal Industry Innovative Talent Training Mode in the Concept of Elite Education” and three other projects won the first prize. The project led by Prof. Cheng Hong titled “Construction and Practice of Experimental Teaching System in Electronic Engineering Based on Coal Industry Innovative Talent Training” and two other projects won the second prize. In addition, two other projects participated by three teachers won the first and second prize respectively.
