A student delegation, consisting of 28 students and two professors, Prof. Sven G. Bilén and Prof. Xinli Wu, from Pennsylvania State University, U.S., visited CUMTB on the afternoon of May 10th. Vice President Fan Xun met with them.

Prof. Fan Xun reviewed the sound cooperative relations between the two universities, and stressed that student exchange program is of vital importance to the development of students horizon, professional competence and cultural accomplishment. He also spoke highly of the positive role which the 2+2 exchange program played in the promotion of deeper cooperation and exchange between the two institutions. Prof. Sven G. Bilén expressed his hope that teachers and students from both sides could benefit from the all-round exchanges and cooperation like scientific research cooperation, faculty visits and student exchange and so on. Prof. Xinli Wu, summarized the development of the internship program since 2005 and expressed his expectation for future cooperation.
