On October 12, famous alumni of CUMT-Beijing, Dr. SUN Qingyun, who is now Governor Assistant of West Virginia as well as Deputy Director of the China-US Energy Center and professor of West Virginia University, revisited his alma mater. Vice-President JIANG Yaodong met with him and welcomed his visit. Dr. SUN Qingyun was invited to make an academic report entitled “Shale Gas and Its Impacts on Coal”, which received warm welcome from teachers and students.
