At the end of September, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee released a “Notice on Creation and Recognition of New Post-doctoral Research Stations”. Two first-level disciplines of Computer Science and Technology as well as Safety Science and Engineering at CUMT-Beijing were approved as new post-doctoral research stations. By now, there are 14 post-doctoral research stations at CUMT-Beijing, covering three fields of science, engineering, and management.

　　The 14 post-doctoral research stations are: mining engineering, electrical engineering, surveying and mapping science and technology, geological resources and engineering, management science and engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanics, control science and engineering, civil engineering, environmental science and engineering, geology science, information and communication engineering, computer science and technology, safety science and engineering.
