According to the latest data of ESI (Essential Science Indicators) in January, 2017, the chemistry discipline of CUMTB enters the top 1% of ESI. By now, four disciplines of the university have entered the top 1% of ESI, including engineering,geoscience, material science and chemistry, and CUMTB has successfully entered the top 100 of the Comprehensive Ranking of Chinese Universities of ESI.
