On the afternoon of October, 31st, 2017, Professor Derek Elsworth from the US Pennsylvania State University, member of U.S. National Academy of Engineering and expert of “111” Program of CUMTB, together with Professor Jishan Liu from University of Western Australia, who has been selected into National “1000 Youth Talents Plan”, were invited to make academic exchange at CUMTB. During the visit, Derek Elsworth and Jishan Liu lectured for doctoral and master students at CUMTB respectively. Nearly 300 postgraduatesattended the lecture and participated in the discussion afterwards.
