To promote the healthy development of student clubs and enrich students' extracurricular cultural life, on the morning of March 25th, the 2023 Club Carnival event was held at the South Square of the Shahe Campus of our university. Fifty student clubs from the entire university, more than 1,000 teachers and students, as well as representatives from sister universities such as Beihang University, participated in the event.

Our university's Ink Spring Calligraphy Association showcased a creatively novel fusion of calligraphy and song performances, while the Spiritful Guitar Society delivered moving guitar performances. The MSA Roller Skating Club presented spectacular figure roller skating, and the Mining World Hip-Hop Society captivated the audience with charismatic rap performances. The Green Bond Roots and Shoots stirred up memories with an animated song medley, among other distinctive displays from 28 student clubs. These performances received rounds of applause and cheers from the attending faculty and students. Additionally, various interactive games organized by 50 student clubs, such as the Flag Guard's "Laser Shooting," Yuanqi Society's "Messages to Alumni", the Youth Marxist Reading Club's "Party History Knowledge Quiz," the Advanced Mathematics Society's "Array Timing Competition," and the Architecture and Art Society's "Architectural Guessing Game," attracted active participation from a large number of students.

The Carnival of Student Clubs is an annual grand event at our university, organized by the CUMTB Party Committee's Student Affairs Department and Youth League Committee, with the University Student Club Service Center as the organizer. The event aims to enrich campus culture, strengthen the educational function of student clubs, provide a good platform for the development of youth interests, and enhance comprehensive qualities. It serves as a significant opportunity for promoting the all-around development of young students in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and practical skills. The event received strong support and assistance from various office and departments, including the Shahe Higher Education Park University Alliance Student Activity Alliance, the Party Committee's Department of Publicity, the Security Office, the General Services Office, and the Shahe Campus Management Committee.
