The 2023 China International Fair for Trade in Services, themed “Openness Leading Development, Cooperation for a Win-Win Future”, took place from September 2^nd to 6^th at the National Convention Center and Shougang Park. Our university made its debut as an offline exhibitor, showcasing achievements in cutting-edge discipline development and internationalized education. This served to narrate the success stories of our university, build an international brand, and enhance our global influence. Throughout the exhibition, numerous visitors approached our university's booth for consultation and exchange. The university was honored with the title of “Excellent Exhibitor Award” by the organizer.

On September 2^nd, the Education Summit, a significant component of the Education Services section of the Service Trade Fair, was successfully held in Beijing. The forum was organized by Beijing Municipal Education Commission, hosted by Beijing International Education Exchange Center, and co-organized by Beijing Sci-Tech Education Promotional Association. The theme of the forum was “New Scenarios, New Momentum for a New Future for Global Education”. Keynote speeches were delivered by You Jun, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Education Working Committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Jia Peng, Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges of the Ministry of Education of China, and Lou Yongqi, Vice President of Tongji University. Our university's Vice President Cui Ximin was invited to participate in the summit.

During the Education Summit, Cui Ximin led a team to inspect and guide the exhibition work at our university's booth. Cui Ximin emphasized the need to actively leverage the platform provided by the Service Trade Fair to showcase and promote the university's high-quality educational resources and achievements. He also underscored the significance of fostering exchanges and collaborations with other exhibitors and domestic/international educational institutions. The overarching goal is to establish the brand of “Studying Abroad at CUMTB” and elevate the university's influence and reputation in the field of international education. The Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office accompanied the exhibition.
