On November 30, the "2024 Forum on Governance of New Think Tanks," co-hosted by Nanjing University and Lanzhou University, was held at Lanzhou University. The forum announced the list of additional think tanks for the "2024 Forum on Governance of New Think Tanks," and our university's Common Prosperity Institute was selected as a source think tank in the China Think Tank Index (CTTI). Professor Yang Lulu's "Eight Suggestions for Deepening the Reform of Rural Homestead Land System" won the second prize for excellent think tank research results in the CTTI 2024 annual awards.

The forum focused on the theme of "Implementing the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20thCentral Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Think Tanks Promoting the Modernization of the National Governance System and Governance Capacity," showcasing new ideas, new patterns, and new drivers in the decade-long construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics.

CTTI (China Think Tank Index) is China's first vertical search engine and data management platform for think tanks. It is a think tank data management and evaluation system jointly developed by the China Think Tank Research and Evaluation Center at Nanjing University and the Think Tank Research and Publication Center of Guangming Daily. Its authority and objectivity are widely recognized by the academic and industry communities.

The selection of our university's Common Prosperity Institute as a source think tank in the CTTI marks a historic breakthrough in our university's implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on strengthening think tank construction and fulfilling the construction requirements outlined in the Ministry of Education's "Promotion Plan for the Construction of New University Think Tanks with Chinese Characteristics."
