On the morning of Des.18, Jiang Yaodong, Vice President of CUMTB met with Dr. Liu Huihai, Director of the Hydrogeology Department, Earth Sciences Division of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, U.S., who came to execute the Famous Overseas Professor Program, a plan made by MOE to introduce intelligent foreign experts. Jiang expressed great satisfaction and appreciation to Dr.Liu for his contribution to promoting the academic exchanges between CUMTB and LBNL in the past years. Dr. Liu introduced American macro-policies in mining resources administration and expressed the intention of furthering the cooperation in the future.
