Recently, the Ministry of Education and Academic Degree Commission of the State Council issued the notice of the Decision on Approval of National 100 Excellent Doctoral Dissertation in 2012. The doctoral dissertation, “Study on the Electromagnetic Radiation Theory Model of Coal-rock Meso-scopic Damage and its Application” by Dr. Chen Wenxue majoring in safety technology and engineering, who was enrolled in 2005 and supervised by Professor He Xueqiu, has obtained the National 100 Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Nomination Award.
