On the morning of May 7th, Prof. Sven G. Bilen, Department Head of Engineering Design in College of Engineering, Pennsylvania State University, U.S. and Prof. Xinli Wu, Chinese program coordinator of College of Engineering, visited the university. Vice President Fan Xun met with them and extended warm welcome to them. He appreciated these two professors for their continuous efforts in actively promoting the international cooperation and exchange between both universities. Prof. Fan also put forward new ideas to deepen the bilateral cooperation. Prof. Sven G. Bilen and Prof. Xinli Wu expressed their wish to continue expanding the cooperation, and looked forward to glorious prospect of collaboration.

Prof. Fan Xun awarded “President’s Award” to Prof. Sven G. Bilen, for his great contributions to promoting the bilateral cooperation on behalf of the university.
