Among them, 4 projects received first prizes, 16 projects received second prizes, and 23 projects received third prizes. Our university set a new record for the number of projects qualified and awarded in the Beijing division competition, earning the accolade of an “Outstanding Organization Award”.

The China International 'Internet+' College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition serves as a crucial practical platform for numerous university students to immerse themselves in the realities of China, gaining insights into national and societal conditions, and fostering their wisdom and capabilities through innovation and entrepreneurship. The competition has consistently garnered significant attention and active participation from university leaders, faculty members and students. The university initiated competition preparations in March of this year. Under the unified leadership of the CUMTB Party Committee and administration, various departments and offices, including the Youth League Committee, Office of Student Affairs, Office of Academic Affairs, Graduate School, Institute of Science and Technology Research, and Finance Department, collaborated closely. All schools and departments worked together, leveraging competitions such as the “Challenge Cup” and “Jingcai Innovation” to extensively explore projects and encourage faculty and students to participate.

In this year's competition, our university entered a total of 290 projects, nearly double the number of participants compared to previous years. The thriving atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship at the university continues to grow, and both faculty and students are increasingly enthusiastic about participating in the competition. The university implemented a series of measures to ensure the smooth progress of the competition. This included organizing an internal selection competition for the 'Internet+' competition, inviting experts from within and outside the university for one-on-one coaching and refinement of projects, and conducting six training camps to continuously enhance the quality and level of participating projects. Faculty and students participating in the competition sacrificed holidays and rest time, tirelessly revising and refining their projects. They conducted in-depth investigations and research at the frontlines of factories and mines, as well as in rural grassroots settings. Through social practices, they continuously enriched the content of their projects, improved their abilities through competition with outstanding students from various universities in Beijing, and showcased their talents.
