As the President of the Congolese Student Association in Beijing, Roland Durand stated, 'We have a lot of work to do, such as managing a platform for Congolese students in China. On the platform, we share information about activities of students in China or upcoming projects for students coming to China in the future, so that friends can better understand students’ lives in China.'
When talking about Sino-Congolese friendship, Roland Durand expressed, "Both countries benefit from this relationship, and I also want to contribute to the enduring friendship between China and Congo. In addition to promoting the life of international students in China, I also want to explore the possibility of establishing more communication platforms, such as e-commerce platforms, which can help many Congolese people to alleviate poverty. I believe there are many aspects in which my country can learn from China for further develop."
