The Capital University Student Tennis League Singles Tournament took place on March 16^th and 17^th at the Changping New Campus of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Over 400 athletes from more than 40 universities in Beijing participated in the competition.

Our university's tennis team was led by Ms. Xu Junyan from Department of Sport Education and Research as the guiding teacher. In the Women's Doubles competition of the high-level group (Group A), graduate students Guo Tongtong and Wang Xinyi from Department of Sport Education and Research showed calmness, determination, and competitive spirit. After intense competition, they successively defeated strong teams from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Minzu University of China, clinching the championship in this category for the first time.

In other categories, our university's players also demonstrated excellent performances, achieving third place in the Women's Singles of the first-level athlete professional group (Group C), fifth place in the Men's Singles of the high-level group (Group A), and fifth place in the Men's Doubles of the ordinary university student group (Group B). Our university's students fully displayed their sportsmanship on the competitive stage of the Capital University Student Tennis League Singles Tournament.
